These photos are a step by step view of the Spray Welder in action. Never publicly seen before pictures of actual holes being filled with liquefied metal. Sheet metal is safe from warpage. Once filling is completed contouring and shaping can be accomplished. The surface is filled  and will not rust again in this particular area. While we don't
suggest the Spray Welder can reproduce structural requirements and properties. Our tecnology can return rust damaged panels to full use that will not rust again!

Once the Spray Welder has completed its job you can apply galvanize compatible body filler to shape fine body lines and detail curves.

If metal finishing is your goal without the use of body filler. Additional profiling and application of the spray welder would be required. When metal finishing alone you need to treat surface with metal prep and conversion coating, a self etching primer or chromate compatible. Be sure to follow manufacturer instructions for coating galvanized surfaces.
